Champagne is one of our greatest region very close from Paris. Its countryside boarding by the Marne river is very nice place to visit for its wine of course, but also for its culture and heritage. Day 1
You meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel and he gives you the detailed program of you stay in the region.
In the morning, an independent champagne producer welcomes you at his property. He shows you his vineyard, his cellars and tells you about his savoir-faire. Right after the visit, an oenologist teaches you the art of tasting Champagne. You get to know the diversity of grapes, you learn how to differenciate a cuvée from another and how to identify the different flavours and blending.
Excellence is on the menu for lunch. Enjoy the finest of French gastronomy paired with refined French wines at Le Parc des Crayères, a two Michelin-star restaurant.
After lunch, you plunge into the heart of one of the greatest Champagne Houses. Enjoy the particular atmosphere of the chalk cellars where millions of Champagne bottles are aging. There, you discover what makes this wine so unique before tasting the House’s prestige cuvée.
Later on, your guide invites you to discover Reims city-center. He will tell you everything about the Cathedral of Reims, where 19 kings of France were crowned.
At the end of the day, get prepared for a cooking workshop with a famous chef from the region. In the well equipped kitchen located next to the cathedral, discover the chef’s secrets. Day 2
After breakfast, you head to Hautvillers along the Champagne Scenic Road. Enjoy the vineyards landscapes from one « Grand Cru » village to another.
You guide will take you to Hautvillers: we invite you to walk the beautiful alleys that run through the village. Discover the hidden secrets of this Unesco listed village, which once was the home of Dom Perignon, the inventor of the Champagne blending process.
For lunch, you stop at the most charming restaurant of the village. There, you savour a tasting lunch composed of regional specialties and six Champagne cuvées for a comparative tasting.
In the afternoon, you head to the Montagne de Reims for a visit of two unique farms. Snails and truffles, those two typical products from the French cuisine, will no longer hold any secrets for you.
Before returning to your hotel, you stop for a last visit and tasting at Guillon, the only distillery producing whisky in the region. Hôtel 5* : Domaine des Crayères Premium room

Day 3
Your guide takes you at your hotel and you head to the Marne Valley for a visit of a Foie Gras farm. Discover the savoir faire of the producer and taste this prestigious product which is iconic of France Cuisine.
For lunch, your guide will take you to the Michelin starred restaurant La Briqueterie. In this nice atmosphere, enjoy a lunch full of discovery of the French gastronomy.
After lunch, discover the chocolate factory of Pierry, famous for its specialities with chocolate and alcool from Champagne. After a tour of the factory, you will take part in the making of those nice delicacies and you will be able to take your production back home !
Before going back to Reims, we invite you to take part in a unique experience. Enjoy a glass of Champagne perched at the top of the trees of the forest in a concept bar. Then, enjoy a private boat ride on the Marne river, with a glass of Champagne of course !
