Let us introduce Loire Secrets
The Loire Valley has forever been Karine’s favored playground. She took her first steps on the Loire River’s sandbanks and grew up between the best the vegetable growers and the famous rose producing nurserymen. From her earliest days Karine was interested in the colors of her native country and attracted by the play of the light reflecting in the Loire River.
Having travelled marvelous countries for various tour operators, she understood that in no other place in the world she would find this softness of life. Today she is settled not far from the vineyards and her own garden contains a treasure: a troglodyte dwelling where our ancestors dug the limestone from the rock with which to adorn the valley’s beautiful chateaux.
From her experience and her many contacts in tourism sprang the encounter with Stéphane Tillement, president of the “Wine Tour in France” network. Together, they created Loire Secrets.
Karine always puts a little bit of herself into the trips she suggests and her own travel priorities have come to shape Loire Secrets’ philosophy: personal encounters, authenticity, emotions and curiosity for unique experiences.
